1:1 Sessions
A 1:1 session gives you the time and focus to deepen your practice at a time and place the works best for you.
Group Flow Sessions
Sign up for a Flow Session (45 minutes to 1 hour) on weekdays, available during daytime or evening, and join a small group. These Balance and Clarity Sessions feature meditative flow sequences designed to enhance balance and clarity in both body and mind. Suitable for beginners and experienced participants alike.
Mini-retreats
These short retreats typically run on a Saturday or Sunday for 2 – 4 hours. Retreats combine yoga sessions with deep meditation as well as sound baths, circle sessions and other reflective practices. Each retreat will list activities on offer before sign-up.
