These circles focus on providing job search skills, interview practise, coaching and networking skills that will accelerate your job search. So that you can find your “dream” job or work that is a step towards it. The course comprises of 6 x 2 hour online sessions with a facilitator and 4 x participant lead coaching circles. Over the six sessions, participants will form their own job coaching circles supported by a Community First Circle Coach.
By the end of the 6 weeks’ participants will have:
* Created their own “Dream Job Journey” map
* Taken four or more steps along their “Dream Job Journey”
* Taken part in one or more sessions of their own job coaching circle.
